Business wants to send some required fields in the ZRD0 e-mail output form for sales organization 1000 only.

ZRD0 e-mail form ZLB_BIL_INVOICE_NA_WO_DUPLEX needs to modify for adding up the below fields in the output form and to allow it only for US Sales org. 1000.

Required fields are:
QTY(EA) - At item level and corresponding values should reflect
Total Quantity (EA) - At final amount section
TEXT - VAT needs to update with TAX - At final amount section

Resolution

1. Added qty(EA) field in item level of the ZRD0 form.
2. Changed the description of field in the final amount from VAT to TAX.
3. Added total quantity field in the final amount section of the ZRD0 form.
